As our councilman Rafi Manoukian has worked the last 8 years to preserve our hillsides, build more parks, improve public safety and improve the quality of life for all of Glendale residents.
But what he is most proud of his effort to reach out to all communities and build consensus when dealing with the difficult issues facing our city and by being accessible to all Glendale residents. In fact, Rafi has been bringing our city hall to all corners of Glendale. Rafi has organized a monthly “Coffee with Rafi” outreach program by which Glendale residents can ask questions and bring up their concerns to him directly in their respective neighborhoods. |
